Jenn's amazing vegan gravy
1 can Guinness Beer
1 onion
3 large mushrooms
1 clove garlic
2 TBS margarine
1/4 cup oil
1/3 cup wholewheat flour
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp thyme
2 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp honey
2 TBS cider vinegar
2 bay leaves
3 TBS soy sauce
2 TBS red/brown miso
Mince vegetables and sauté in oil. Add all other ingredients and
simmer for 20 minutes.
